Growing Together (18 - 26 months)
Growing Together is a new project - in partnership with the Alberta Health Services - to provide developmental screening and innovative programming to children ages 18 - 26 months in Red Deer and surrounding area, Olds and Rocky Mountain House. Developmental screening will take place at immunization clinics, within home visitation programs and at Parent Link centers. Children that are in need of extra supports to help meet developmental milestones will be connected with Growing Together programs and supports.
