Mindful Connections (3 weeks - 14 months)
(A Support Group for Post-Partum Depression)
(A Parent Link program)

This is a 9 week registered program for new moms with children that are 3 weeks to 14 months old who are struggling with adapting to motherhood during this post-partum period. Topics include discussions on awareness, self care, blues vs. depression and support over the 9 weeks. Child care is available.

When: Wednesday Afternoons

2010/2011 Dates: Please Note Fall Registration is August 10th

Session #1 - September 8th - November 3rd
Session #2 - November 10th - January 12th (no group Dec. 29th)
Session #3 - January 19th - March 16th
Session #4 - March 23rd - May 18th

Time: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Cost: $15.00 per family - Participants must pre-register - Subsidy is available
