Infant/Preschool Wellness Program (0 - 6 years)

In-home parenting services are available to Red Deer residents only. This program is designed to provide support and information to families with parenting concerns and who have children 0 - 6 years of age.

An outreach worker can come to the family's home or meet in the community on a regular basis. Families are invited to remain in the program until their youngest child reaches age 6, if they so choose.

Outreach workers provide information on a variety of parenting topics that the family is interested in learning more about, such as child development, discipline, play, and more. In addition, outreach workers make a variety of referrals to the community, based on family needs. Services are free and confidential.
